Overview

Our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased. Please review the categories below for specific return eligibility. For any return inquiries, contact us at info@pgclosets.com.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom products are non-returnable except for defects.

Products that are manufactured to your specifications, including custom-sized doors, panels, and closet systems, cannot be returned unless they:

  • Have manufacturing defects
  • Arrive damaged
  • Do not match approved specifications

Please verify all measurements and specifications before production begins. We will confirm details with you before ordering custom products.

Standard Stock Products

Standard, non-customized products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and hardware must be included
  • Product must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Provide replacement or repair options
  • Issue a refund if replacement is not available

Please retain all packaging and document any damage with photos. Email photos to info@pgclosets.com with your order number.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status:

  • Before production: Full refund, minus any administrative fees
  • During production (custom orders): Partial refund based on work completed
  • After production or shipment: Subject to return policy terms

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returns

Exchanges

For stock products, we offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Custom products cannot be exchanged unless defective. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Installation Issues

If issues arise during installation performed by PG Closets, please contact us within 7 days. We will:

  • Assess the issue and determine cause
  • Correct any workmanship errors at no charge
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for product-related issues

Issues resulting from customer-provided measurements or site conditions may not be eligible for free correction.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Email info@pgclosets.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization: We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the product: Package securely with all original materials
  4. Refund or exchange: Processed after we receive and inspect the return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order products (unless defective)
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
