Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PG Closets website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

PG Closets provides custom closet design, product supply, and installation services for residential customers in the Ottawa region. Our services include:

• Email-based consultations and quotes
• Custom closet and storage system design
• Product supply through our dealer relationships
• Professional installation services

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by PG Closets are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after project scope verification. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if:

• Site conditions differ from provided information
• Additional materials or labor are required
• Product availability or pricing changes before order confirmation

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment, as specified in your quote. Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. Custom and made-to-order products may require full payment before production.

Custom Products

Custom and made-to-order products are manufactured to your specifications. These products:

• Cannot be returned unless defective
• Require accurate measurements before production
• May have extended lead times as communicated in your quote
• Are subject to manufacturer specifications and tolerances

Installation Services

When installation services are included, we will coordinate scheduling with you. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the installation area is accessible and cleared
• Providing accurate site information
• Notifying us of any special access requirements (e.g., condo elevators, parking restrictions)

Warranty

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Workmanship warranties, if applicable, are specified in your project agreement. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to spencer@peoplesgrp.com.

Limitation of Liability

PG Closets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PG Closets or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
