PG Closets provides delivery and installation services throughout the Ottawa region, including:
- Ottawa (all wards)
- Kanata
- Barrhaven
- Orléans
- Nepean
- Gloucester
- Stittsville
- Surrounding areas (contact us to confirm service)
For locations outside our standard service area, please contact us at info@pgclosets.com to discuss delivery options.
Lead Times
Delivery times vary based on product availability and order complexity. General timeframes:
- Stock products: Typically 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom/made-to-order products: 4-8 weeks depending on specifications
- Installation scheduling: Coordinated after product arrival
Specific lead times are confirmed in your quote. These are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer schedules and seasonal demand.
Delivery vs. Installation
We offer two delivery options:
Delivery Only (Customer Pickup or Drop-off)
Products are delivered to your location. You are responsible for unloading, handling, and installation. Suitable for customers who prefer DIY installation.
White-Glove Delivery + Installation
Our team delivers and installs your products. Includes unpacking, placement, installation, and debris removal. Requires scheduling and site access.
Scheduling Delivery
When your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule delivery or installation. Please provide:
- Preferred delivery dates and times
- Access instructions (e.g., building codes, elevator requirements)
- Parking availability near your location
- Contact information for delivery day
Condo and Multi-Unit Buildings
For deliveries to condos and multi-unit buildings, please ensure:
- Elevator reservations are booked for large items
- Building management is notified of delivery
- Delivery time windows align with building rules
- Loading dock or delivery entrance information is provided
Additional fees may apply for extended delivery times or special access requirements.
Receiving Your Delivery
Upon delivery:
- Inspect all items before signing for delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Contact us immediately if damage is discovered
- Keep all packaging until installation is complete
Damaged or Missing Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at info@pgclosets.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may incur additional fees.
