Email your opening width and height, or fill in the estimate form for a rough range first.
Get a written quote
We confirm the right system, hardware, and pricing. No deposit until you approve the quote.
Order and pickup / delivery
Once the order is placed, we coordinate pickup from Ottawa or arrange delivery to your project.
What to send us
To get an accurate quote, we need the following. The more accurate your dimensions, the faster we can confirm pricing.
- Opening width (rough opening, not finished trim to trim)
- Opening height (floor to underside of header)
- Preferred door type (bypass, bifold, barn, mirror)
- Finish preference (white, matte black, natural, mirror)
- Number of openings
- Photos help if you are unsure about the opening type
Supply-only questions
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. For large orders we can arrange delivery within Ottawa. For single units, pickup from our Ottawa location is typical. Confirm at the quote stage.
Do I get fitting notes with supply-only orders?
Yes. Every supply-only order includes written system notes specific to your dimensions and the hardware you ordered.
What if the door does not fit after I install it?
A written quote confirms the system before order. If the opening dimensions you provided are accurate and the door still does not fit, we will work with you to resolve it.
Can I order one door or do I need a minimum quantity?
Single unit orders are fine. We handle everything from one bedroom door to an entire building.
